Thrive Savings is a fin-tech startup that offers a B2B/B2C financial wellness and management app. Marketed as a ‘workplace benefit’, Thrive helps employees save towards their financial goals by creating personalized automated savings plans. In addition, employers can match, top up, or add bonuses towards these goals as an engagement and retention tool.
Throughout my time at Thrive Savings, I worked closely with the CEO and Lead Developer to help build the brand identity and vision. My main roles included:
Conducting industry and user research
Developing the Thrive Savings style guide (fonts, icons, colours, patterns)
Creating all marketing collateral (print, digital, presentations)
Designing consumer-facing product website
Working out user flows, journey maps, and edge cases
Designing the main mobile app interface and experience
